  You should be ashamed of yourself. Your comments are nothing but lies. You had a verbal agreement with CRS for the sale of equipment and when you had an opportunity to make more money you took it. Your word means nothing. There was no police report, no threats and nothing unprofessional on the part of CRS, only Batavia Machinery.

  Needed an Ice Machine, Had a pleasant experience with Cindy the office manager over the phone and she was able to save me a couple hundred dollars by purchasing unit through them with installation. Have not used them for mobile service repair due to not needing it.
