    Like the sign on the wall says, Auburn Fit is “Not A Gym!” I’ve never experienced more creative workouts. And they aren’t limited to the studio. I’ve found myself doing stair work at the Auburn Courthouse, hoisting rocks at the American River, and running trails in the canyon. Through all of that I’ve never laughed so much while working so hard. Auburn Fit is a unique environment with a special group of people led by Bryan Twardus, an innovative and inspiring trainer.
